Aligning to L'Occitane's philosophy of incorporating a timeless essence while adopting sustainability that aligns to local culture, the key material used throughout the space is rattan. Rattan represents the timelessness of Singapore's culture as well as showcases the local artisan culture that is  gaining more traction with the current generation. The uses of sustainable materials like terrazzo, and reindeer moss aims to  align to L'Occitane's philosophy of sustainability and complement the use of rattan.
